Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our web eCommerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.

About project:
This is a web eCommerce platform integrated with marketplaces. It manages the whole process from product manufacturing to product distribution.

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, designers, and business analysts, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Break down features into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and delivery of high-quality features.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, clarifications, and decisions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the eCommerce industry with a focus on web platforms and marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with eCommerce technologies, including content management systems (CMS), payment gateways, and order management systems (OMS), is a plus.
- Level of English: Upper-intermediate and higher.
