IT Project Manager

RexIT is a team of experts specializing in business automation through IT solutions. We have 9 years of experience in providing services to companies with a large number of operational processes using ERP and CRM systems, as well as other solutions that we design and develop specifically for individual business needs.

The main goal of RexIT is to enhance business control and increase its efficiency through the implementation of a unified information system for process automatization.

Key responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, collaborating with CEO and clients to ensure everyone's aligned on projects scope;
-Writing technical specifications in duo with our technical writer;
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, breaking down tasks into manageable milestones and define reasonable timelines;
-Allocate resources effectively and ensure the right people are assigned to the tasks at the expected time;
- Work with the team of developers to ensure websites meet the highest quality standards, delivering best expected progress;

Requirements:
-1+ year of experience in Project Management in web industry;--Understanding of the software development life cycle;
-Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical challenges;
-Responsibility and attentiveness;
-Leadership and team-motivation skills;
-Knowledge and experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
-Proficiency in English - upper-intermediate and above.
