Product Operations Specialist (offline)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Operations Specialist to join our team.

 

About project:

Our platform is designed to give L&D teams better visibility into the training needs of their businesses and replace disparate tools so they can be more efficient, effective, and measure the ROI of learning investments.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize product implementation and operation processes for clients.

- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to deployment, including gathering requirements, planning, development, testing, and feature release.

- Collaborate with development, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.

- Analyze data and customer feedback to identify product improvements and process optimizations.

- Support customers in using the product, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high user satisfaction.

 

 

Requirements:

- Experience in product operations, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.

- Deep understanding of product development processes and product lifecycle.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams and clients.

- Analytical mindset and ability to process data to make informed decisions.

- Independence, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Level of English: Upper-intermediate and higher.

 

 

Bonus Skills:

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

- Experience with learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Understanding of performance metrics and ROI in learning and development.
