Project\Product manager

Requirements
- 3+ year of experience in ІТ Project Management
- Must be an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Understanding of software development skillsets and software system design
- Strong communication and negotiations skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems related to projects, identify and manage risks
- Experience with project documentation
- Knowledge on Project Management methodologies, specifically on Waterfall and Agile
- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Contract negotiation
- Conflict resolution experience
- Advanced level of spoken and written English

Will be a plus
- Project management qualification (PMP)
- Scrum Master / Agile certification
