Senior(Lead) QA (Automation)

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior (Lead) QA professional to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in solidifying our commitment to clean and tested code.

As a Senior (Lead) QA, you won't just be confined to testing; you'll be an integral part of multiple development teams, driving quality assurance initiatives and ensuring that our CRM system, tailored specifically for the Australian market, meets the highest standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Expertise in testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in automation testing best practices.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assurance and customer-focused outcomes.
- Perform automated testing of frontend and backend services.
- Define and maintain testing processes aligned with the agile development model.
- Ensure integration of Document Management and uphold quality across offerings.
- Drive adoption of behavior-driven testing for effective requirement testing.
- Foster a positive team culture through leadership, mentoring, and guidance.
- Advocate for Agile and innovative testing practices within the organization.
