Technical Product Manager - Testing

Hybrid work arrangement available from Poland, specifically Warsaw.

Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience
- Proficiency in code editing within the Banking and Finance sector

Technical Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in devising test strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with software testing principles including performance, security, and compatibility.
- Understanding of software development principles and project lifecycles.
- Desirable knowledge in payment card solutions and/or digital products.

Technical Skills:
- Experience with testing tools for Web services and UI.
- Proficiency in test automation tools.
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking systems like JIRA.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and JavaScript.
- Fluency in English required.

Main Responsibilities:
- Selecting appropriate tools for different test types.
- Collaborating with the team to understand product requirements and devise test plans.
- Creating effective test strategies and plans.
- Implementing testing processes for new and existing products.
- Conducting various tests including technical, functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Automating tests to improve efficiency.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs comprehensively.
- Staying updated with new testing tools and strategies.
- Participating in user acceptance test sessions.
- Providing level 2 support to analyze client/production issues.

Deliverables:
- Detailed test strategies and plans for each project.
- Comprehensive test reports with documented results.
- Detailed bug reports with reproducible steps and expected vs. actual outcomes.
- Automated test scripts and documentation.
- Regular status updates and progress reports.
- Recommendations for test tool selection and process improvements.
