Middle HR manager / Recruiter $900-1200

Location: Europe

Key Responsibilities
- Support of HR processes — on-boarding, one-to-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding;
- Work on the full cycle recruiting process using typical and non-standard selection methods;
- Propose innovative HR strategies to enhance the company’s performance management system;
- Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement;
- Initiate changes in corporate HR processes and policies based on business needs;
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills;
- Participate in conferences and events in Europe to attract new candidates and HR practices.

Requirements & Skills
- 3 years experience as HR in IT;
- English - Upper Intermediate;
- Experience of working as a sourcer/recruiter in the IT industry;
- Strong understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Adaptation, Performance Review, Off-boarding, etc.;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
- Experience in building and implementing HR processes and development of HR tools;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools;
- Experience in an international environment will be a plus.
