Email Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverables.
- Experience working in a B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong understanding of Email marketing strategies and experience using tools and CRMs.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Plan and create engaging email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product announcements, and automated drip sequences.
- Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Implementing new features and strategies while working with cross-teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Monitor key email marketing metrics and KPIs, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
