We’re looking for a motivated Lead Researcher to look for the best potential customers and work closely with the Outbound team. Our Lead Researcher will conduct comprehensive industry and accounts research and find relevant contact information for SDRs to launch outbound sales campaigns. You won’t need to make outreach yourself.

📍What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Analyze market trends to aid in lead generation and business strategy.
Identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations.
Understand Precoro’s product suite and its relevance to the target market.
Conduct research to identify potential leads fitting Precoro’s client profile.
Build and segment lists of potential leads for outreach.
Work closely with the Sales Development Representatives to refine lead-generation strategies based on feedback.
Keep abreast with changes and developments in the market.
Regularly collaborate with sales team to provide insights from the field and refine outreach strategies.
Contribute to internal knowledge exchange and process improvement.

📍What We Look For (Requirements)
Proficiency in identifying and understanding market trends, opportunities, and potential leads.
Good knowledge of areas of responsibility based on titles.
General understanding of business processes.
Ability to articulate findings and insights clearly.
Excellent at data management and keeping track of multiple streams of information.
Strong sense of initiative and consistently aim to meet or exceed professional goals.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Organizational skills to connect and work with various stakeholders.

📍Nice-to-have skills
6+ months of experience in a similar outbound-related role in the B2B industry.
Good knowledge of tools: Google Sheets, Zoominfo, SalesNavigator, and email-scraping tools.
Previous experience within a product company.
