Product Owner (offline)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in requirements engineering, solid understanding of development processes and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Profound experience with analytics and statistics, the ability to leverage various tools (like Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude or similar) and get data-driven insights. Experience with A/B and user testing.
- Solid understanding of key product metrics and how to track them.
- ​​Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or above.

Nice-to-haves for the role:
- Experience in EdTech, E-commerce, or related domains.
- Experience of building products (new features) “from scratch”.
- Experience working with Payers and providers.

Responsibilities:
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the product and maintain a clear vision to effectively guide the product team.
- Conduct market and competitors research, and customer development, provide insights, participate in defining the go-to-market strategy.
- Drive strategic decisions and initiatives to maximize impact and enhance ROI.
- Own the product roadmap (web + mobile), manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, plan and carry out product launches.
- Assess and prioritize feature requests based on their potential impact on user experience, business goals, and overall product strategy. Balance new features and bug fixes to ensure a high velocity and stable product.
- Prepare product requirements and detailed user stories, ensuring they provide sufficient information for the development team.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements into the product.
- Set benchmarks for success metrics based on industry standards and internal goals.
- Analyze user behavior, identify drop-off points, and understand the factors affecting conversion rates (usability testing, A/B tests, UX/UI optimization, etc.).
- Establish a continuous feedback loop with the marketing team to incorporate market feedback into product development.
