Product Manager/Business Analyst
What are we doing?
Develux is an IT consulting and software development company with products for the US market and outsourcing services worldwide. The company has been on the market since 2014 and has achieved perfect results in our four business units. We have 350+ goal-oriented, passionate specialists who are open to new challenges.
How old is the project? What stage is it at?
It will be a new business unit from scratch.
What to do in a project?
Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a new B2B SaaS platform. Understand the market, prospects, customers, and their needs to make strategic product decisions.
Customer Insights: Conduct customer interviews and usability studies to understand their needs and pain points. Use these insights to inform product development.
Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering, design, and development teams to launch new features and improvements. You will be the glue that aligns all teams toward our product goals.
Product Development: Manage the entire product development process from conception to launch. Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences.
Data Analysis: Use data to make informed product decisions. Monitor key product metrics, and understand the root causes of changes in metrics.
Product Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
What professional skills are essential to us?
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Product mindset: most of your products you’ve launched in product companies, where you had a chance to face the loop of your product decisions made 1 year before.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, sales).
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Execution in the DNA: features are cool only once they are released.
- Product team is happy once it understands the customer and their needs.
- You are proactive and will come up with your initiatives—and you know how to sell/explain them
- You are a self-driven person that sticks to deadlines and does not require micromanagement.
- You can speak the same language with the Design team and use argumentation to sell your ideas.

- Does the job come with a probation period, and if so, how long does it last?
Yes, there is a three-month probation period.
- What is the expected work schedule?
Full-time, flexible, please start no later than 11:00 (on average 8 hours per day). The office in Kyiv is open from 9:00 to 20:00. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site and remotely.
- How many vacation and sick days are provided?
Annual paid vacation – 21 working days;
Paid confirmed sick leave;
6 unconfirmed sick days/days off a year.
What social package and benefits are offered?
-English courses (up to 80 USD/month after successfully completing the probation period).
-Compensation for the cost of a subscription sports center (up to 80 USD/month after successfully completing the probation period).
-Medical insurance (50% after successful completion of the probation period) or $200 a year for health care.
