Senior BI Analyst (partner`s project)

iGaming start-up is looking for the Senior BI Analyst who will be the first person in the department who builds hypotheses for the work of the all project, driving informed decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

What you will do:
- Utilize Tableau to create impactful marketing, product, and payment reports;
- Work with SQL databases and Python scripts for data analysis;
- Proactively challenge payment analysis approaches;
-Improve the payment infrastructure for products.

Hard Skills:
- Experience in the gambling area as a data analytics - must have;
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics;
- Strong knowledge and commercial experience in using Python, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
- Ability to create comprehensive research and data visualization (Tableau);
- Experience with Tableau/ Power BI / or similar tool;
- Experience with BigQuery;
- Confident application of basic statistical and probability theory concepts;
- Working experience with Kafka will be a plus.

Soft Skills:
- Ownership — you don’t need approval to solve a business problem, which you identified as a result of your initiative;
- Excellent analytical thinking - ability to look at data and detect trends and patterns
- Hard-working — work should be done.
