As we ascend to even greater summits and continue to shape an innovative future, we are currently in search of an exceptionally skilled Head of Sales to join our team.

Challenges you’ll meet:
- Make strategic decisions, empower the team, manage required metrics;
- Improve existing sales channels and develop new ones;
- Develop company sales strategy and sales campaigns;
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure that customer needs are met in the best possible way;
- Perform market research, customer trends, and competition in the market;
- Creating analytics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis;
- Create & update CMJ for each type of Devlight client and make improvements on all steps;
- Manage & Mentor sales specialists.

Your professional qualities:
-Successful experience of being Head of Sales 3+ years;
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and an ability to coach others on them;
- Experience with building sales process for USA and EU markets;
- Work experience with inbound and outbound sales;
- Experience with multiple software tools for Inbound and Outbound marketing;
- Experience in pre-sales, closing deals, and upsell;
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to provide lots of feedback, push back when necessary, and request feedback following their strong desire to learn;
- Wide own network.

Nice to have:
- Experience in the mobile app development industry;
- Experience in the retail & e-commerce software Industry;
- MBA certification.
