Senior Business Analyst (offline)

SoftHouseGroup is looking for a a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Required skills:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a global environment on large projects;
• Experience in discovery phases of projects. Starting with BRD and ending with detailed functional / non-functional requirement documentation;
• Experience of interaction and interviews with the client’s stakeholders;
• Experience of interaction with a team of architects;
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Will be a plus:
• To coach and lead less experienced Business Analysts, providing guidance on best practices, techniques, and tools.

Responsibilities:
• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements as well as the expected results;
• To coach less experienced Business Analysts, providing guidance on best practices, techniques, and tools;
• Help guide the discovery process for a major project;
• Translating business ideas into clearly structured requirements;
• Formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements;
• Help conduct in-depth analysis for business-optimization projects;
• To define and prioritize product requirements based on a thorough understanding of user personas, business goals, and technical constraints;
• Product scoping, prioritization, and planning sessions.
