Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join a product Belgium company


Project:
Digital Shipping Marketplace and Transportation Platform, that provides instant data and e-mail processing, instant Cargo-to-Ship matching, freight trading and contract management, digital documentation flow, freight finance, and supply chain management solutions.


Manual testing skills:
- Experience working as a QA Engineer for 2+ years or in a similar position
- Ability to manage test cases and perform test execution
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Identify and report defects, and drive them to resolution
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of regression testing
- Experience with API testing
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems


Software Skills:
- Jira
- Testrail
- Postman
- Google Developer Console
- Understanding JSON, CSV, XML formats.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and MongoDB will be a plus


Role of the Manual tester:
- Analyzing requirements from clients
- Creating, implementing, and executing, test runs/test sessions
- Organize and improve test processes
- Conducting Review Meetings
- Analyzing and executing Test Cases
- Defect Tracking


Deliverables:
- Test Plans
- Reporting bugs to developers to fix it
- Test Cases for various testing processes
- Summary Reports
- Test Data for test cases
- Suggestion Documents (to improve software quality)
- Test Scenarios

Nice to have:
- Previous experience using Agile Development methodologies
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer science or relevant
- Upper-intermediate level of English
