Support Engineer (offline)
Required Experience
- Good technical problem-solving skills
- Languages: English Proficiency Skills, and confidence in communicating in both written and spoken form
- Experience handling inbound technical support contact
Preferred Experience
- Uneal Engine / Blueprints
- Experience using REST / JSON API
- Experience in Javascript
Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing and finding solutions to technical support issues.
- Customers log technical support issues in our support portal or by phone.
- The Support Engineer picks up these issues and works with the customer to find a solution to the technical issues.
- Support high-quality systems.
- Troubleshoot and configure systems in production efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate with customers about their technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze web service APIs to support simple interfaces between systems
- Be involved in lab tests for new software development.
