Project Manager

💥Hi there! Our Magnetics team is currently looking for Project Manager!

We are a Ukrainian product company that has been developing in the global iGaming industry markets for 8 years. There are around 50 professionals in our team yet we maintain and greatly appreciate sincerity, lightness and lack of micromanagement.

🧲Responsibility:
Manage the lifecycle of our complex portfolio of projects — support coordination between Product IT and Marketing teams, map stakeholders, kickoff, set timeline and scope, identify and map risks, monitor progress, manage changes, escalate and communicate the progress of each project.;
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery;
Set the right methodology for how projects need to be planned, delivered, monitored and communicated;
Evaluate quality of technical tasks;
Create documentation for all types of processes;
Own the rollout process of the different projects to our end users and internal customers;
Be the one individual who can address all delivery and program-related topics within the unit you work with;
Handle and support day to day operational workflow;
Monitor the work of TW and review documentation;
Manage expectations and inputs from key stakeholders.

🦾Required skills:
Have proven ability to lead people toward execution, resolve conflicts and make things happen;
Hands-on experience in planning sprints, executing, successful delivery, requirements, and risk management;
Ability to understand and work with API documentation;
Proven organizational skills with customer empathy and ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities;
Able to understand the technical side of building the products to be on the same page with all teams. Able to set technical tasks to the team :)
Good knowledge of different managerial methodologies and the ability to adapt them to actual circumstances;
Proven experience in process development and process workflow;
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking;
Problem solving attitude;
You highly enjoy working in an environment with flat hierarchies and are a true motivator and mediator for your colleagues.

Technical background;
Knowledge and practicing of Agile methodologies;
