Odoo Business analyst (ERP)

One of our clients is building a property rental system. The system will be based on Odoo ERP. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has experience with Odoo or can learn it quickly.

Responsibility

Gathering knowledge from customers
Writing user stories with acceptance criteria
Iteration planning and closing
Creation of reports on closed iterations, developed functionality, etc
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, team members, vendors
Facilitate development
Make suggestions on business process improvements to promote business growth and efficiency
Requirements

Degree in the field of technology strongly preferred
Proven experience in a Business Analysis
Proficient with standard business analysis and business process definition
Effective analysis and writing skills for inspecting and evaluating product operation and interpreting into effective documentation
Knowledge of ERP and experience in ERP integration, preferably with Odoo
Background in finance is a plus
Proven technical skills
Excellent English reading/writing/speaking skills
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scum
People management skills, strong skills in conflict resolution and problem solving
