Job Description
We are looking for Trainee QA Automation to join a project with an American Customer in Customer Experience (CX).
This opportunity involves working on a large-scale project for a leading provider of cloud-based contact center solutions. This company empowers businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative technology.
This is a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to the success of a company at the forefront of CX technology.
Responsibilities:
Complete low-level technical tasks from Five9’s side under the leadership of Miratech mentor (your team leader at Five9).
Expect occasional low-level communication with the US customer (via email, Slack, and WebEx meetings).
Follow a 1-year plan to become a Junior Engineer.
Qualifications:
Software Testing Fundamentals:
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on the testing phase.
Knowledge of different testing types (e.g., functional, non-functional, usability).
Ability to design and execute test cases manually.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Java / Python Programming (Basic):
Understanding of basic programming concepts like variables, data types, loops, conditionals, and functions in either Java or Python.
Ability to write basic Java or Python code snippets for test automation scripts.
Test Automation Frameworks (One or More):
Familiarity with a popular test automation framework like Selenium WebDriver (with Java bindings).
English at least Intermediate level.
