Delivery Manager

Required skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager/Scrum Master
- Experience in application development or elsewhere in SDLC;
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle;
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) Methodology;
- Fluent in English, with good communication and reporting skills;
- Technical background (QA/BA/Developer).

Responsibilities:
- Work in the management team as a full member of the team;
- Work within the Agile environment to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development;
- Develop and implement standards for the development and deployment process;
- Primary focus on the development process and delivery process
- Ensures the consistency of development processes through collaboration with Tech Leads and Business Analysts;
- Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases with the other Delivery Managers;
- Help developers resolve technical problems, through the collaboration with technical leads, as well as human resources issues;
- Monitor individual employees’ performance;
- Report directly to Delivery Director, B2B Soft.

Wireless Standard POS (Point-Of-Sales) (www.b2bsoft.com) is our retail management solution for the Telecom Market.
It provides thousands of retailers with features and functionalities they need to run their businesses effectively with full visibility and control into every aspect of sales and operations.

As a Delivery Manager of one of our 5 product development teams in Kiev you will have the opportunity to work on a very complex product with microservice architecture (50+ for now) and communicate with our Product, QA, Business analytics, Architecture and Customer Support teams to help improve product quality. Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases with the other Delivery Managers

From a technology standpoint you will also have the opportunity to work with and develop the following technology stack which we use in our product development:

• For Back End development we use .Net Framework technologies, C# and Net Core (3.1.1) etc.
• For Front End development we use React JS framework (Java Script ES6+).

On a daily basis we use additional technology stacks including: Node.JS, ASP.Net Core, Microsoft Azure, AWS, MS SQL, API, Dapper, HTML, CSS, CQRS and many others.
