Instructional Designer

About the role:
The Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in developing and designing learning and development (L&D) instructional material to support the achievement of our company’s technical and operational objectives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can apply instructional design theories and practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Requirements:
— Proven experience (from 2 years) in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
— B1 level of English proficiency.
— Strong writing and content development skills.
— Knowledge of instructional design models and methodologies.
— Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
— Ability to think systematically and understand complex information.
— Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
— Design and develop L&D instructional material that support company technical and operational objectives.
— Apply instructional design theories and practice to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
— Collaborate with SMEs to identify the learning needs and objectives.
— System thinking to ensure that individual training modules fit into larger L&D projects in a cohesive manner.
— Working with content (collecting, studying, describing), creating scripts, tasks, tests, video materials, etc.
— Write clear, concise, and compelling content that enhances learning and retention.
— Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement of training materials.
— Be aware of the latest trends in instructional design and learning technologies.
