Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze current business processes and systems to identify customer or internal user needs and issues.
2. Develop and document technical requirements and specifications for new systems, modules, or improvements to existing systems.
3. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and system functionalities.
4. Control the quality of system documentation, including user manuals, technical descriptions, and maintenance procedures.
5. Monitor and analyze system performance post-implementation, suggesting improvements.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst or in a similar position in the IT field.
3. Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
4. Experience with system modeling and design tools, such as UML, BPMN.
5. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.
6. Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
7. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and project requirements.
8. Proficiency in English sufficient for reading technical documentation and communicating with international teams.

Considered a Plus:
1. Knowledge of query languages and experience with databases, for example, SQL.
2. Programming skills to understand tasks and interact with developers.
3. Experience with UI/UX design systems and principles.
