Project Manager (offline)

- Стимулювати інтереси команди продукту через спілкування з іншими керівниками проектів, командами та брати участь у вирішенні різних виникаючих проблем;
- Брати участь та стежити за кількома проектами одночасно;
- Спілкуватися з внутрішніми зацікавленими сторонами, організовувати та керувати зустрічами, роблячи нотатки;
- Готувати різноманітні презентації на основі даних про продуктивність команди, фінансових показників та показників ефективності;
- Планувати робоче навантаження команди веб-розробників;
- Працювати з ключовими показниками, щоб оцінити продуктивність і підвищити ефективність команди веб-розробників.

Нам потрібен твій професійний досвід:
- Від 2х років досвіду на посаді Project Manager;
- Англійська на рівні Intermediate та вище (письмово та розмовна);
- Розуміння процесів Agile;
- Знання Jira & Confluence;
- Досвід із Web проєктами (лендінги) буде плюсом;
- Базове розуміння індустрії азартних ігор (практичний досвід не є must have);
- Вміння працювати з кількома проектами та завданнями;
- Базові знання Tableau (буде плюсом).

- Supervise and adjust processes on need, make sure they are transparent and being followed both inside and outside;
- Use proper facilitation techniques for activities like Workshops, Brainstorms, Ideation, Retro, etc.;
- Drive the Product team interests across communication with other Project Managers, teams, and take part in solving different issues;
- Participate and follow several projects simultaneously;
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, organize and manage meetings, making meeting notes;
- Prepare various presentations based on team performance data, financial and efficiency metrics;
- Plan the workload of the Web Development team;
- Work with key metrics to evaluate the performance and improve the effectiveness of the Web Development team.

We need your professional experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager;
- English from B1 level (written and spoken);
- Experience with Web projects (landings) will be a plus;
- Understanding of Agile processes;
- Basic understanding of the gambling industry;
- Ability to work with multiple projects and tasks;
- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence;
- Basic knowledge of Tableau (will be a plus).
