Account manager/ Clients Partner

Riseapps, a leading outsourcing software development company, is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager at Riseapps, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing our client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand their business needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction (NPS should be no less than 4.7).
Revenue management: You will play a main role in developing strategies, executing plans, and collaborating with the delivery department to achieve revenue goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Delivery manager, Tech leads, and Project managers of the projects to ensure successful delivery and meet agreed deadlines.
Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies in collaboration with the CEO, Head of Sales, and Delivery manager to achieve revenue growth targets and align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Accounts Receivable Management: Proactively monitor and track the receivables together with our Finance Manager, to ensure timely and accurate customer payments and collect overdue debt.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and cross-sell complementary offerings to maximize client value and foster long-term partnerships.
Client Feedback and Insights: Gather client feedback, understand their evolving needs, and communicate valuable insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
Contracts Negotiation: Work closely with the legal and finance teams to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements with clients for ongoing development.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role as a Key Account Manager or Sales or similar position within an outsource development company
- Proven revenue management skills with a focus on achieving at least 90% of the quota
- Successful project coordination experience with on-time delivery of milestones (90% or higher)
- Proficiency in financial management, ensuring less than 10% overdue payments
- Demonstrated ability to achieve a minimum of 20% revenue increase through upselling and cross-selling
- Strong communication skills to gather client feedback resulting in at least a 20% improvement in customer satisfaction
- Track record of negotiating successful contracts, achieving a minimum of 90% contract renewal rate.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development concepts, technologies, and project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
