Data Analyst (B2C Fintech)

Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst in our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy and insights. Your expertise in building insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau, Python, and SQL queries will empower our decision-makers with the information needed to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, as you collaborate with our global team to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to support various business functions, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Perform data analysis using Python and SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis and reporting.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in analytics and reporting tools.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a B2C fintech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
- Demonstrable experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to translate business questions into data analysis and deliver actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
