Senior Data Analyst (offline)

As a Senior Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing key metrics within Looker, focusing on checkout metrics such as step success and payment success, as well as retention metrics like customer lifecycle value and basket compositions. Utilizing Looker to extract insights and construct tailored reports.
- Implementing funnel building and event analytics, utilizing tools such as Snowflake, Amplitude, or similar products. Optimizing funnels by establishing them across primary markets, segmenting them, and conducting experiments for optimization.
- Collaborating with core data models in dbt to merge them with new external data, thereby creating customized models. Additionally, adjusting and rectifying models within dbt as necessary.
- Analyzing company OKRs and engaging in discussions with management to provide explanations and insights.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to three junior data analysts

Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 years) in data analysis.
- Strong proficiency of writing complex and efficient analytical queries.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
- Understanding of website development and operations and their connection to data gathering.
- Ability to generate analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
