Project Manager

Seeking a skilled Project Manager for remote full-time position. Join our dynamic team, work with global clients, and enjoy paid leave.

Responsibilities:
- Working with customers after the stage of contract signing;
- Overseeing day-to-day account activities of Сompany’s customers;
- Maintaining customer data in HubSpot CRM and Click UP;
- Accompanying clients throughout all project stages;
- Cooperation with sales team at the moment of the project transfer;
- Cooperation with engineering department during the project realization;
- Tracking the receipt of payments and further project transfer by stages;
- Control of dates for partitions installations and deliveries;
- Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B);
- Providing excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner;
- Comply with Company’s existing quality standards and procedures
Required skills:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account
Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role;
- Fluent English (C2);
- Computer savvy;
- Knowledge of CRM system;
- International work experience;
- Technical/Engineering background (preferred but not mandatory as we provide training)
