Responsibilities:

— Manage HR policies and procedures

— Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates

— Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate a seamless onboarding process

— Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations issues and providing guidance on policies and procedures

— Maintaining a motivational climate in the company

— Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks

— Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions

— Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices

— Organizing and holding team-building events

If You:

— Have 2+ years of experience in HRM/HRG role

— Can take ownership of your work

— Are highly motivated and results-oriented

— Are empathetic and can establish a connection with any person

— Can interest even the most uninterested candidate :)
