Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analystto join our team at Traffic Market to work in a hybrid format (ONLY): 3 days from the office, 2 days remotely.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Business Analyst for 2+ years
• Experience as a System Analyst for 1+ year
• Experience in web-services and integration scenarios
• Solid technical skills:
• Understanding of the SDLC;
• General knowledge of software architecture (microservices), REST, SQL and NoSQL
• Data interchange formats: XML, JSON
• Diagramming skills: BPMN, ERD, UML: Use case, State machine, Activity, Sequence, Component
• Proficiency in analyzing and comprehending business processes to determine effective solutions.
• Understanding of technical aspects of business systems and databases.
• Work experience in a project environment with the ability to manage tasks.
• Proficiency in defining and documenting business requirements.

Will be a plus:
• Familiarity with the specifics of the affiliate marketing industry.
• Basic programming skills to facilitate communication with development teams.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or System Analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Interaction with clients and stakeholders to determine business requirements.
• Business requirements' development.
• Collaboration with development teams to implement business changes.
• Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Providing support and answer questions regarding system functionality.
