Senior Game Designer (offline)

About the project:

⦁ Project description: The game was released in 1987 and was a collection of mini-games based on active recreation in non-traditional sports. In most versions of the game, players could compete in individual competitions or in a series of competitions. Overall, the artistic style of the game is heavily inspired by Californian imagery. The background of the game depicts the Golden Gate Bridge in football.

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS

⦁ Work on commercial projects for at least 4 years;

⦁ Strong Excel knowledge;

⦁ Experience in level design would be a plus;

⦁ Experience in working with monetization systems;

⦁ Experience in working with game balance;

⦁ Proven experience as a Game Designer in both outsourcing and LiveOps environments;

⦁ Strong proficiency in English, with advanced communication skills;

⦁ Excellent understanding of game design principles and methodologies;

⦁ Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine is preferred;

⦁ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;

⦁ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

⦁ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;

RESPONSIBILITIES

⦁ Develop and maintain detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) for various projects.

⦁ Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

⦁ Ensure clear and effective communication with clients on a daily basis.

⦁ Implement feedback from clients and stakeholders to iterate on game designs.

⦁ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, development and testing!

⦁ Contribute innovative, and more important suitable ideas to enhance gameplay and user experience.

⦁ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in game design.

⦁ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
