Product Owner

BrainBerry Group is expanding its team and is looking for a new Product Owner with a passion for new technologies to join an exciting and growing project.

The Product Owner will play a key role in the success of the customer and drive the future of
the product portfolio.
As the Product Owner, you are responsible for the product development to ensure that it
always creates value for the customers.
You will get the opportunity to develop the role according to your personality and motivations.

What you will be doing:

We are looking for an experienced and structured Product Owner, preferably with fintech experience.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the communication with our partners and
suppliers, as well as managing the product backlog, organizing the development team and
steer developers to ensure delivery on time and according to business values.
You will be responsible for collecting and validating requirements leading up to the
development and improvements of the product portfolio.
This might include defining and
detailing requirements together with our developers and customer success team.
The position is fully remote.

Requirements:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner and hands-on experience of
managing development backlogs and coordinating development teams.
- You are self-propelled and want to take an active part in the improvements to the product
portfolio and actively work for standardization and optimization.
- You have excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships and empathy for cultural differences is part of your
personality.
