Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in Scrum Master/Project Manager Role.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall Methodology.
- Proficiency in using Jira.
- Availability of specialized training/courses/certifications.
- Fluency in Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:
- Synchronizing 2+ dev teams.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Drive continuous development, continuous improvements, and innovation.
- Creation and communication within team sprint`s delivery
facilitation sprint planning and readiness.
- Manage risks and escalating impediments.
- Management reporting.
