Head of Operations

We are seeking a Head of Operations to join United Tech. This is a key leadership role where you will play a crucial part in driving our operational excellence, fostering team development, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.

About product: Global social app for live-streaming where users can discover talented broadcasters, watch live streams, and video chat live with people from around the world. This is a high-load and multifunctional product with complex logic and extensive volumes of data and processes. The product operates in a rapidly growing sphere where it is essential to keep track of trends, evolve, and improve. Global product goals: to become one of the top 5 products in the streaming niche.

In this role, you will:

-Drive modern people management approaches, leading by example and encouraging the development of team members
-Cooperate with sharing departments, stakeholders, and the product team to maintain balance and deliverability aligned with their needs
-Work closely with other Heads of departments to improve overall efficiency across the organization
-Build and lead cross-functional teams, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
-Manage Team and Tech Leaders, keeping teams in sync and overseeing issue resolution processes
-Share product vision, plans, and short to midterm strategy with the product team
-Manage the transition process to "Feature teams"
-Provide advice on best practices, considering market dynamics and business context
-Drive the strategic growth of the product in collaboration with the Founder, CEO, and Head of Product.
-Drive revenue growth while optimizing operational expenses
-Refine and redefine the product strategy in alignment with changing market trends and emerging opportunities
-Design new operational and business processes to improve quality, productivity, and profitability

It’s all about you:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in managing operations within technical cross-functional teams (Developers, QAs, Devops etc)
-5+ years of product/project management experience
-Proven experience in staff management in a cross-cultural environment, including capacity building, training, and facilitation skills
-Results-oriented with the ability to manage a complex workload
-Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong sense of personal and professional integrity
-Proven leadership and people management skills
-Solid understanding of the product lifecycle (PLC)
-Experience with analytics & BI tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau
-Upper -Intermediate and above spoken and written English
