Product Owner

Your responsibilities:
- Strategy development of Human Touch products (mainly for internal client), writing the road map, managing all aspects of product through creation of value for clients and business
- Backlog management (stakeholders’ interview, stakeholders’ facilitation, keeping backlog up to date)
- Backlog prioritization (keeping the prioritization process transparent with stakeholders)
- Discovery management (gathering requirements, decomposition, co-planning of sprint Increments across the teams, facilitate sprint demo)
- Development of effective cooperation with stakeholders and developers
- Methodological support, development and improvement of technical documentation
- Feedback collection (community, metrics, support of features on prod)
- Product (feature) growth (creation and validation of hypotheses, users testing for new functionality)

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the financial/banking industry (preferably), in product management (3+ years)
- Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and meeting facilitation skills
- Excellent knowledge and practice usage of product development tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Strong knowledge and practice usage of product discovery tools (stakeholder/user interview, market research, CJM, BluePrint, A/B testing)
- Strong knowledge and practice usage of prioritizing methodology
- Ability to identify the needs of business customers, formulate a solution concept, draw up a technical task with specific requirements for the future product
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to details and result-oriented mindset
- English — upper-Intermediate (or higher)

Що ви будете робити:
- Розробка стратегії продуктів для внутрішнього клієнта, написання road map, управління всіма аспектами продукту через створення цінності для клієнтів і бізнесу
- Менеджмент беклогу (інтерв’ю із зацікавленими сторонами, сприяння зацікавленим сторонам, підтримка невиконаних завдань в актуальному стані)
- Пріоритезація беклогу (прозорість процесу визначення пріоритетів для зацікавлених сторін)
- Управління дослідженням (збір вимог, декомпозиція, спільне планування інкрементів спринту між командами, фасилітація демо спринту)
- Розвиток ефективної співпраці із зацікавленими сторонами та розробниками
- Методичне забезпечення, розроблення та вдосконалення технічної документації
- Збір фідбеків (спільнота, метрики, підтримка фіч на проді)
- Зростання продукту (фіч) (створення та перевірка гіпотез, users тестування нових фіч)

Необхідні знання та досвід:
- Досвід роботи у фінансовій/банківській галузі (бажано), в управлінні продуктами (3+ років)
- Чудові навички міжособистісного спілкування, переговорів та фасилітації зустрічей
- Відмінне знання та практика використання інструментів розробки продуктів (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Міцні знання та практичне використання інструментів пошуку продуктів (інтерв’ю із зацікавленими сторонами/користувачами, дослідження ринку, CJM, BluePrint, тестування A/B)
- Впевнені знання та практичне використання методології пріоретизації
- Вміння визначити потреби бізнес-замовників, сформулювати концепцію рішення, скласти технічне завдання з конкретними вимогами до майбутнього продукту
- Сильні навички вирішення проблем, увага до деталей і орієнтоване на результат мислення
- Англійська — upper-Intermediate (або вище)
