Middle Project Manager (French Speaking) (offline)

We're looking for a talented French-speaking Project Manager with 2+ years of professional experience to join our new project - an innovative platform for social interaction with the team in Paris, France.

Must have
2+ years of experience in Agile software development environment (in the role of Scrum Master, Project Manager, etc)
Good understanding of SDLC and development pipelines
Experience working and ability to manage and multi-task across multiple teams
Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices
Deep knowledge of and passion for Agile/Scrum and ability to apply it in a smart and practical way
Well-developed skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence configuration and usage is required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Advanced level of English, Upper-Intermediate level of French

Responsibilities
Participate in internal team activities
Provide internal and external training for the team
Collaborate closely with the VP of product and TechLead
Help with Documentation process
Run all the Agile Ceremonies
Run 1 on 1 meetings with colleagues
Coach and mentor team members in the Agile way of working

Product
The main idea of the product is to create a healthy online environment by improving the quality of conversations on the internet. They focus on building community engagement platforms and tools for publishers to foster positive interactions and reduce toxic behavior in comment sections and online discussions. The product aims to help publishers increase reader engagement, build communities around content, and create a safer, more vibrant space for dialogue online.

Interview Stages
1. Call with Recruiter (up to 30 minutes)
2. Interview with Delivery Manager (up to 1,5 hours)
3. Interview with Engineering Manager (up to 1 hour)
4. Call with the team (up to 1 hour)
