🎯 Необхідні навички:
- Від 1 року дсвіду на подібній посаді;
- Розуміння програмного забезпечення та технологій;
- Розуміння бізнес-процесів у сегменті HoReCa;
- Технічні знання настільних та серверних операційних систем Windows;
- Працювати в режимі багатозадачності (обробка пошти, ведення чатів, взаємодія з командою розробки);
- Вміння грамотно та продуктивно вести діалог;
- Вміння діагностувати та усувати неполадки в роботі ПК.

🤓 Буде плюсом:
- Досвід роботи з POS-системами Syrve, Poster та супутнім обладнанням;
- Знання англійської мовию.
