Account Manager

We are seeking a well-connected, driven, and passionate Account Manager to join our team.

The candidate would be an active part of establishing and initiating the relations with the Balkan clients (Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Greece) both operators and aggregators - this will include pre-sales and pre-go live activities but will focus on Account Management and promotional tasks.

This role will be fully remote or a hybrid format is preferable in Bucharest.

You must be a fluent Romanian and English speaker, Russian is a plus for this role as it also can help to cover Bulgaria and Moldova.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for:
- Taking full ownership of customer relationships, and being the interface between the customer accounts and the company;
- Taking full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and meeting set revenue targets, goals, and objectives;
- Developing and implementing customer account plans that drive critical business objectives maximizing long/short term share of wallet and customer satisfaction;
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship, and facilitate the optimization of customer accounts operations around the company’s gaming solutions offerings;
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions in line with customer needs and objectives;
- Monthly revenue forecasting and reporting - giving clear information on the customer’s performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant;
- Building and maintaining genuine, strong long-lasting customer relationships on all levels;
- Participating in, and where appropriate taking an active part in major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars on behalf of 3 Oaks Gaming;
- Please note you will also have some non-Italian accounts to manage until the Italian market is big enough for this to be the primary function of this role.

You will work closely with:
Our account managers, Promo Team, Sales Team and our Head of Account Management, will also line manage this role.

About you - you will have:
- Native Fluency or Business Fluency in English. Romanian and Russian is a huge advantage;
- Experience in the iGaming industry;
- 2+ years of proven experience in Account Management or others as relevant to the role;
- Experience in working with/organizing promotions;
- Experience in campaign management, including monthly reporting on campaign success;
- Proven ability to communicate and present on all levels in and outside the organization;
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs;
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details;
- Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic and structured with a high degree of discipline and initiative-taking.
