Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to strengthen our team, who will be responsible for managing all tasks within the department, coordinating work, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and developing strategies to achieve set goals.

Responsibilities:

— Managing tasks within the marketing department;
— Analysis of all marketing metrics;
— Communication with both the marketing department employees and all company employees;
— Assigning tasks to developers and monitoring their implementation.

Requirements:

— Work experience in the position of Project Manager, Account Manager or Digital marketer from 3 years: in agencies or in-house;
— Experience in a fast-paced digital agency /online business (such as e-commerce, online finance, or other online B2C company);
— Experience working with the markets of Asia, Latin America, South Africa and Europe;
— Good understanding of conversion funnel performance and its analysis;
— Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools;
— Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics.
— Advanced negotiation skills, the use of various “negotiating levers”;
— Upper-Intermediate English level both verbal and written.

Will be a plus:

— Experience with SEO, Affiliate traffic, paid traffic sources;
— Experience in working with different tracking systems (Voluum, AppsFlyer, etc.)
— Experience of working with FinTech sphere;
— Experience interacting with remote/foreign employees.
