Referral manager
We are currently seeking a Referral Manager to join our team and spearhead the development and implementation of a robust referral program to drive new client acquisition.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a referral program to incentivize the acquisition of new clients through referrals from existing clients.
Main tasks:
- Creating and implementing a referral program
- Evaluating its performance through analysis
- Promoting a referral program
Expected Results:
- Developed an additional acquisition channel for new clients via the referral program
- CAC of new customer should not be higher than in other channels
- Developed all necessary communications to achieve loyalty from existing clients through the referral program.
Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in referral programs
- Experience in constructing and overseeing referral programs within the PDL sector
- Proficiency in establishing partnership programs with other brands
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools
- Experience in managing metrics: referral transactions and their dynamics, cost of a referral transaction, return on investment from the referral program
Additional:
- Experience in the PDL niche will be a plus
- Long-term work in one project
