Job Summary:
As a Web Content Population and QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bringing our digital projects to life. You will be responsible for populating content across various platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, and Magento, and conducting thorough quality assurance (QA) checks against Figma design files to ensure accuracy and consistency. Your keen eye for detail and passion for perfection will contribute significantly to the delivery of flawless web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Population: Efficiently implement web content across different CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Magento) based on provided specifications and design files.
Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed QA tests on websites, comparing the developed sites against Figma design files to identify and document discrepancies, bugs, or issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and ensure content and design integrity throughout the development process.
Feedback Implementation: Manage feedback incorporation from internal reviews or client comments, ensuring all content accurately reflects the desired outcomes.
Performance Optimization: Assist in optimizing web content for speed and SEO best practices.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of QA processes, issues, and resolutions.
Project Management: Using ClickUp you will track and manage content and QA tasks within project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality websites.

Requirements:
Proven experience in web content population and QA testing, preferably within an agency setting.
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Magento.
Strong understanding of web design principles and ability to reference and interpret Figma design files.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies and errors.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles is a plus.
