Junior Sales Development Representative

Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate level of English;
- Commercial experience of at least 3 months;
- General understanding of the UpWork platform;
- Willingness to work in the evening hours (18:00 - 24:00) to communicate with clients from the USA;
- Perseverance to do the routine work;
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills;
- Basic understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business;
- Being proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented;
- Good analytical and research skills;
- Completed courses "Sales in IT" will be a plus;
- Experience working in sales will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads using the toolset provided, prospecting, and identifying key decision-makers;
- Create messaging scripts and develop scenarios to attract potential leads' attention;
- Establishing the first contact with potential clients;
- Doing market research;
- Day-to-day work with potential leads' database;
- Create, deliver, and analyze the overall effectiveness of lead generation activities.
