Affiliate Manager (offline)

Your Responsibilities:

- Handle the incoming stream of publishers;

- Actively participate in conferences and professional events to meet potential partners and promote Aff1's affiliate program;

- Maintain trusting relationships with current publishers, promptly resolving any issues;

- Negotiate and continuously review affiliate advertising agreements, including prices and creative materials, to optimize performance and revenue;

- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to increase revenue from affiliate programs;

- Prepare performance reports and analyze activities to ensure a positive ROI.

What you need:

- At least one year of proven experience in sales;

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both spoken and written in English, at a minimum Upper-Intermediate level;

- Understanding the principles of product funnels and basic conversion metrics;

- Ability to analyze, plan, manage several tasks at the same time, and systems thinking;

- Well-developed decision-making, self-organization, and strong communication skills;

- Constant striving for learning and growth within the company.
