Technical Support (Upwork Experience)

GigRadar.io (Upwork Lead Generation platform) is seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Support representative to join our team. As a Tech Support representative, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients and solving complex cases to optimize their Upwork lead generation process using our GigRadar platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Daily active and fast provision of customer support via Intercom, email, and Slack.

Analysis of client requests and generation of tickets for the Technical team and account manager.

Daily communication with the development team and account managers.

Monitoring the status of tickets and timely notification of clients about the successful resolution of their cases.

 

Requirements:

Experience with Upwork platform

Proven experience in a B2B Tech support/Customer support representative role, preferably within the SaaS industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying client needs.

Quick learner and proactive in searching for new information.

Experience with various tools such as Intercom, Notion, and Hubspot.

Experience with search queries such as Boolean/ElasticSearch.

Confident and professional communication skills in English.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $700

Bonuses based on KPI achievement.
