Senior Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

🌏We're a web hosting product-focused company seeking Sales talents with a knack for outbound sales and lead generation to expand our global reach.

Your Role:
1.Activating and engaging with our current lead database, which includes warm contacts, lost opportunities, and leads obtained through marketing initiatives.
2.Cold outreach to generate new leads.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and implement lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Email) and ABM strategies.
🔹Design detailed communication flows, including email sequences and follow-ups.
🔹Directly engage with prospects to optimize lead generation tactics.
🔹Work on ICP to build a more efficient lead generation process.
🔹Achieve and exceed lead generation KPIs, maintaining quality and quantity.
🔹Manage and improve CRM contact quality.
🔹Automate lead generation tasks using advanced tools.
🔹Analyze performance data to refine strategies.
🔹Drive improvements in our lead generation automation.
🔹Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation objectives.

What We Look For:
🔹3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, business development, and lead generation, showcasing successful strategies and results (We're interested in discovering the key factors contributing to your success and the tangible outcomes you've achieved).
🔹Deep understanding of the IT sales cycle, preferably in web hosting, cloud, or SaaS.
🔹Fluent in English (B2+), with strong communication and presentation skills.
🔹Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to plan ahead.
