Video Editor for YouTube Channel Offline

Dynamica Labs (Microsoft Gold Partner) is looking for a motivated and ambitious Video Editor to join our team to create and edit videos for IT sphere for YouTube and social media.

We are a growing channel, and our range of videos varies from educational content for IT professionals to material for C-level executives in corporations. This job offers a great opportunity for video editors seeking long-term cooperation and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Edit and create content like:

- Interviews

- News Digests

- Inner company video

- How to and Tutorial videos

- Shorts for Social Media

- Create frameworks and templates to upgrade process and make it faster.

- Color Correction and Grading

- Adding sound effects, music, and other audio elements to enhance the video.

- Editing Footage: Add B-rolls, Captions, Music etc.

- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets our quality standards.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (version 2023 and later) and other relevant editing software.

- Expertise in adjusting and enhancing video color to set the right mood and style.

- Skilled in aligning and editing audio elements to complement visual storytelling.

- Understanding of codecs, frame rates, and resolutions to ensure high-quality outputs.

- Efficiency in using software shortcuts to expedite the editing process.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

- Ukrainian (fluent), English (upper-intermediate)

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

- Comfortable with changing environments and project requirements.

- Vigilance in spotting and correcting errors, ensuring continuity in videos.

- Tackle challenges creatively and efficiently.

- Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
