Senior Project Manager (offline)

Required skills
● Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices
● Experience with planning, work tracking, and other PM activities
● 2+ years of PM hands-on experience
● Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
● Full-scale project management (from strategy development to reporting)
● The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices
● Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English


As a plus
● Project Management Professional (PMP) or CSM certifications
● Development experience and background is a big plus
● People management experience — mentoring technical team members

Responsibilities
● Start new projects and establish efficient PM processes for new teams
● Work with the client to understand project objectives and constraints
● Help the client to build and manage the product backlog
● Build comprehensive project plans that feature Agile approaches to estimation, planning, and delivery
● Help with improving the PM processes for existing projects
● Establish processes and practices that are right-sized and appropriate for the company, project, and team
● Lead and coach the team through successful delivery
● Educate the client as needed on software development and Agile and/or Lean practices
● Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of budget/scope/time
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues for struggling projects
● Be flexible to stay in touch with customers from PST/EST time zones
● Manage and meet the Client's expectations
