Business Analyst (Odoo)
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (preferably with knowledge of the Odoo platform) to support the development and optimization of business processes. The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst will be to gather, analyze and specify business requirements, as well as analyze business processes and identify problems. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes, knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools, knowledge of the Odoo platform (models, fields, access rights, domains), and standard Odoo functionality (Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, CRM, POS, Inventory, Production, etc.) and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
⚙️ Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting (preferred)
⚙️ Odoo implementation experience (is preferred)
⚙️ Knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools
⚙️ Understanding of business processes
⚙️ Ability to analyze and optimize business processes
⚙️ High level of communication and presentation skills
⚙️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⚙️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
⚙️ Understanding of CRM/ERP systems, accounting, and production processes
⚙️ Level of English: B2(strong)
Responsibilities:
💫 Gather, analyze, specify and decompose business requirements
💫 Analyze business processes and identify problems, including recommendations for implementing solutions
💫 Develop and deliver product presentations to stakeholders, including internal and external training for users
💫 Collaborate with the client, develop technical specifications for the Odoo system
💫 Collaborate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure the requirements are implemented correctly, set, check and accept tasks
💫 Create and maintain project documentation, including requirement documents, use cases, process flows, and other related materials
💫 Participate in project planning and provide input to project managers to ensure successful project delivery
💫 Continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies
