The Web Manager is a key role in the continual development of our digital ecosystems (website, CRM). Working with business stakeholders and external development teams, and using agile methods, she/he will manage digital projects of varying sizes and complexity to develop new features, implement design and develop and support our key digital assets.

Responsibilities:
● Manage a comprehensive website development plan that takes into account AUK’s top priorities and brand strategy
● Web engineering (hosting, payments, databases, SalesForce sync)
● SEO
● Analytics (dashboards, UI/UX, customer journey)
● Continuous improvement of the AUK website to enhance the student and faculty experience

Qualifications and Skills:
● 3-5 years of significant project management experience in a web/digital context, using primarily agile methods and working on projects of various sizes and complexity
● Experience of working with internal and external software development teams
● Good understanding of modern web development
● Practical knowledge of agile project management methods, primarily Scrum
● Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
● English B2+
● Experience as a Scrum product owner would be a plus
