Affiliate-manager with knowledge of English (offline)

We are in search of a Remote Affiliate Manager who is proficient in English for our VPN project. This application is widely used and has a substantial user base.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience as an Affiliate-manager in the field of CRM, SAAS SYSTEMS, SOFTWARE PROVIDER, Gaming industry;
• Knowledge of English at spoken and written level (knowledge of other languages, such as German or Spanish, is also welcome);
• Ability to find an approach to any person;
• Basic knowledge of internet marketing and lead generation methods;
• Experience with various sources (SEO, PPC, YouTube, grids etc.)
• Attention to detail, perseverance, multitasking;
• Understanding the principles of affiliate marketing. Knowledge of the main metrics CPA, CPI, ROI, RevShare;
• Experience in setting up Postback integrations will be a plus;

Responsibilities:
• Finding new traffic sources and attracting new partners;
• Active communications and support for existing partners;
• Daily analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
• Competitor research and monitoring of major market trends;
• Daily hunt of new influencers and social media bloggers;
