Project Manager for Design Agency (offline) $1500-2000

Your Experience:
— At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT-industry;
— At least 1 year of working with foreign audiences (USA, Europe);
— Practical experience with ClickUp and other relevant PM tools;
— Background in Design;
— Excellent level of the English language (С1 verbal communication with the client);
— Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Your Skills:
— Excellent communication / leadership / organizational / time management skills;
— Ability to manage 5+ projects at a time;
— Problem-solving & risk management skills;
— Being result-oriented in work;
— Attention to details.

Responsibilities:
— Control and coordination of the team of designers;
— Setting and monitoring tasks for the team;
— Building and developing customer relations;
— Clarification of goals, plans, tasks, needs of the client;
— Suggestions for optimization and improvement of already running projects/processes;
— Presentation of design solutions to the clients;
— Creation and maintenance of project management documentation.
